Donor Detectives is a marketing company dedicated to helping charitable organizations raise funds from individual donors. We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Mid-Level Digital Account Manager to join our team and oversee and nurture key nonprofit client relationships.The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with charitable organizations and demonstrate a proven ability to manage client projects effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned nonprofit clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s mission, goals, and marketing needs.
- Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and website initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign objectives and timelines.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing client relationships and proactively suggest improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in nonprofit marketing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Assistant Account Manager, preferably within the nonprofit or marketing sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, and email marketing platforms including strategy and execution. Knowledge utilizing DSPs such as StackAdapt is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data tracking across platforms for accurate revenue attribution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, (Access preferred), PP, Adobe.
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proven experience working directly with clients and ensuring project satisfaction.
- Knowledge of email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc., is required. Familiarity with CRMs such as Raiser's Edge, DonorPerfect, and others is strongly preferred.
