What You'll Do:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and their families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized, strengths-based treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to empower clients and help them thrive.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a network of professionals — psychiatrists, educators, and more — to deliver comprehensive care.

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC).
• Licensed as an LCSW or LMHC in New York.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.
