    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic professional to join our growing team as the Senior Office Manager, Personal Assistant to the CEO, and Junior Real Estate Developer. This unique, multi-faceted role is essential for setting up and managing day-to-day operations in our startup office while supporting the CEO’s strategic initiatives and contributing to project development efforts.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment, balancing executive support, operational management, and exposure to impactful real estate projects that contribute to long-term community growth. We are currently working on real estate developments that are 100% affordable in multiple markets, we are associated with top firms, and work with willing municipalities in a collaborative and proactive way.     Key Responsibilities

    Office Management:

    • Lead the establishment and organization of our new office, including vendor selection, equipment procurement, and workspace setup.
    • Oversee daily operations, including facilities management, IT coordination, and ensuring a professional and efficient office environment.
    • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
    • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, events, and team-building activities.

    Executive Support:

    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle communications with professionalism and discretion.
    • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports while ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other executive administrative tasks.

    Startup Operations:

    • Support the establishment of internal workflows and processes to drive operational efficiency.
    • Assist with onboarding new team members, managing office orientation, and ensuring smooth integration.
    • Collaborate with legal, HR, and finance teams to maintain compliance and streamline administrative tasks.
    • Research and create reports on development opportunities at county and state levels.

    Project Coordination:

    • Track and manage special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
    • Provide cross-departmental administrative support for strategic initiatives and company priorities.

    General Administrative Duties:

    • Handle inquiries, prioritize requests, and respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
    • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation to support organizational needs.
    • Perform additional administrative tasks to support leadership and the broader team.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment, including 2 years in administrative or office management roles.
    • Proven experience setting up and managing operations in a startup or fast-growing organization.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
    • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong ability to work independently.
    • Experience working with executive leadership and managing sensitive information with discretion.
    • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for contributing to a mission-driven organization.
    • Familiarity with AI tools and a desire to develop this skillset further.
