    TOWER is the pioneer of Generational Health. Our mission is to define, develop and fund the category. With three entities executing this mission, we are in need of future talent. Please review our perspectives at www.towercapital.org.

    We’re seeking highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented interns to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, managing day-to-day office activities and providing critical support to ensure our team thrives. By fostering an efficient and welcoming workplace, you’ll play a vital role in advancing TOWER Capital’s mission and contributing to a healthier future for all. You will have the opportunity to attend critical events, meet investors and portfolio companies and immerse yourself in a growing network and professional development.

    This role is intended for the summer (flexible start-date) and expected to be in our New York City office at least four days a week from 10AM to 4PM. Interviews will be conducted in early May through early June. The dress code is business casual and we will offer a stipend at the completion of the internship.     The Three Internship Positions:

    Research Intern: We are looking for someone who enjoys industry research, presenting facts, and supporting our companies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of generation health, including designs, materials, technologies, and applications.
    • Create data-filled presentations
    • Assist with creating and storing technical documentation.
    • Provide support in maintaining a high level of knowledge on the capabilities of generational health while gaining valuable industry experience.
    • Assist in identifying, developing, evaluating these new technologies

    Accounting Intern: We are seeking an accounting, finance or business major who can assist the team with financial reporting, tax compliance and cost management

    Key Responsibilities

    • Organizing and filing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
    • Inputting financial transactions into accounting software like Google Suite or Excel.
    • Assisting the team in preparing reports and ensuring all transactions are recorded.
    • Creating basic financial reports, such as income statements or expense summaries.
    • Attending accounting meetings
    • Applying classroom knowledge in a practical setting, often under supervision.

    Media & Events Intern: You will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events within TOWER.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Run our events program, want to participate in driving events, planning logistic, social media, marketing
    • Design and write and schedule posts for platforms like the company website, and LinkedIn
    • Organize media files and maintain a content library.
    • Help with logistics, vendor coordination, and creating event timelines/checklists.
    • Assist in promoting events online and offline, reaching out to attendees or partners.
    • Help with setup, registration, guest coordination, and post-event teardown.
    • Assist in collecting feedback, organizing photos, and sharing recap content on social media.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience intended either in major, academic coursework and/or professional experience
    • Proficiency with GSuite (Google Workspace) tools, as well as Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy, and the confidence to seek clarification when needed to complete tasks effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
    • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
    • Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive and efficient workplace culture.
    • Ability to commute to our New York City office daily and work approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility based on project and organizational needs.
