Pairing pick list/shipped documents with original purchase orders
Create new folders or records, as necessary
Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize documents and place them in the corresponding customer folder
Maintain and organize customer files
End of the fiscal year, clearing all folders in filing cabinets and box them

The assignment runs from April to September 2024

Monday-Thursday morning and or afternoons, Friday mornings only, 2 hours minimum

Great attention to detail needed for sorting orders numerically and occasional lifting of boxes under 25 lbs.
