Summary:
The position of Lab Secretary is to help with phone calls, help with research, lab inventory, scheduling of other lab volunteers, and other duties related to the operation of the lab.
The secretary must come to the lab at least twice a week to fulfill the six hours required of an associate.
The position of Lab Secretary is to help with phone calls, help with research, lab inventory, scheduling of other lab volunteers, and other duties related to the operation of the lab.
The Lab secretary will also be responsible for the inventory of promotional materials, event displays, and all necessary materials for in-person events. Another responsibility will be to attend local events and represent STW™ and will lead other local volunteers during in-person events.
The job is diverse, as the secretary will help to plan projects and contact the rest of the organization as needed.
