You will assist in the coordination and management of various projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Support the project manager in daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Help track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for project reviews.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for project improvement.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
