Volunteer Sponsorship Coordinator (Remote) - Swim Equity

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing coordinator to help secure sponsorships for our Back2Thewater swim retreat, focused on supporting Black women overcoming aquaphobia.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to identified potential sponsors via email, phone, and virtual meetings to present sponsorship opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors to ensure long-term support and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide sponsors with visibility and recognition.
• Track sponsorship leads, follow-up action, and commitments.
• Ensure sponsors receive all agreed-upon benefits and communication before, during and after the event.
