Field Marketing Team Recruiter and Coordinator (Volunteer) [3-4 Needed]

Job Description: The DMV Music Alliance is looking for individuals to help recruit, onboard, and coordinate a team of volunteers responsible for the marketing at events and other music industry service locations.  You will work closely with the marketing team and executive director to maximize the impact of our Volunteer program.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and coordinate volunteers, providing them with the necessary information, tools, and resources.
• Foster a sense of community among volunteers, encouraging engagement, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
• Regularly communicate with volunteers to keep them informed about organizational updates, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Identify and recognize exceptional volunteers, celebrating their achievements and contributions, and help develop a perks and benefits program.
• Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events to enhance the visibility and impact of the volunteer program.
• Track data related to the volunteer program.

Requirements:

• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate a diverse group of volunteers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively convey the organization's message and values.
• Passion for the organization's mission and a genuine interest in building relationships with volunteers and stakeholders.
