Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers

The Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers (MNACHC) is an organization that supports the state of Minnesota’s Community Health Centers in improving and maintaining the health and wellness of their patients and communities.

The Community Health Centers that comprise this network are located throughout the state of Minnesota in medically-underserved areas. They function as a safety net, providing comprehensive primary and preventive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to people who would otherwise lack access to this care.

We envision an environment in which all communities throughout the State have access to affordable and high-quality preventive health care and wellness services. MNACHC is committed to helping our membership attain measurable improvements in and the highest quality standards of care.
