Carpe Diem West has established a broad-based network of experts, advocates, decision makers and scientists from across the spectrum using their collective wisdom and expertise to develop innovate solutions. Carpe Diem West engages with forward-thinking leaders from different sectors to serve on working groups and teams that develop innovative and science-based solutions for improving the laws, policies, and practices that govern how the West’s scarce water is managed and allocated.
