URC is a dynamic nonprofit workers center organization dedicated to uplifting the lives of caregivers in both the public and private sectors by providing a space for care workers to organize themselves to improve their wages and working conditions. Our mission extends beyond immediate support; we strive to organize for social, racial, and economic justice, promoting the dignity and wellbeing of caregivers through professional and leadership development, education, and essential material support.
