The Cookbook Project's mission is to empower youth to be the catalysts for food literacy and cooking education. We believe that every child deserves access to critical food literacy and cooking education and we achieve our mission by training educators, parents, health care professionals, volunteers, and community leaders as certified Food Literacy Educators to lead The Cookbook Project curriculum in their own communities.
