The Good Shepherd Humane Society is a not for profit animal shelter in Eureka Springs Arkansas that serves the Carroll County citizens and their dogs and cats. Our mission statement is: To care for the stray, abandoned and unwanted dogs and cats of Carroll County, placing as many as possible into loving homes. To promote responsible pet ownership and humane treatment for all animals. To apply our limited resources judiciously in the sponsorship of programs intended to control pet populations and improve animal welfare.
