The SEE Alliance is a growing alliance of youth organizers collaborating locally, connecting nationally, creating for the future, and fighting in the present to build power for young people.
Founded as a school club in 2019, SEE is a youth-centered organizing effort based in Florida and has grown to become a national voice for human rights and LGBTQ advocacy. Our efforts include staging walkouts and protests, registering voters, and empowering local activists.
In response to the “Don’t Say Gay” bill in Florida, Zander Moricz organized the student-based effort to oppose this legislation and the hate behind it. Zander organized Sarasota County’s largest school walkout, hosted a rally, and testified before the Florida Senate. His efforts have been featured on Good Morning America, NPR, CNN, and MSNBC.
