The Hippo Playground Project is an all-volunteer, community based affiliate of the Riverside Park Conservancy that works in conjunction with the Parks Department to maintain the playground and provide free activities for the community.
For over 25 years, The Hippo Playground Project has improved and maintained equipment and provided free activities for one of the Upper West Side’s favorite playgrounds.
