Our mission is to provide public, individual, and group care for anyone living in the greater Kenosha County area. Care shall be in the least restrictive manner and will include group type treatment facilities, as well as other services to help people in need learn new skills and adapt to acceptable community living standards and practices. We are a community resource and partner working in cooperation with social, health, and family service branches of county, state, and the federal government.
