Messaging to recruit volunteers: After High School, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities may not know what to do next. If they stay home all-day watching TV, they tend to regress socially, emotionally, physically, and academically. At Pathways Adult Learning Center, we want our students to progress in every area of their lives. Our vision for our students is to help each individual achieve emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual growth to their fullest potential.

As a volunteer at Pathways, you can make a difference in the lives of our students by helping them achieve their educational goals. The qualifications to volunteer in our program are to have the heart to serve, share your talents, and educational expertise you might have.

Our greatest need at the moment is for mentors in-person and virtually, classroom volunteers, and event volunteers. Volunteers are required to go through a background check and volunteer training. All of our volunteers are a tremendous blessing to our organization, and we are so thankful for each one of them.
