Literacy Initiative

We are supportive, engaging, fun and our goal is to have motivated high school and college students help address and take action on issues that impact youth across the nation. We're hoping to further this goal through the start of the Kansas Project this fall. The Kansas Project is a program that allows student volunteers to help schools and communities across the state of Kansas with educational resources. Many of the schools the project helps, don't have access to the best educational resources, leading to an impact on the level of education students receive. As student tutors/mentors, volunteers will have the opportunity to help students one-on-one and further their educational goals through tutoring/mentoring. From helping with homework to helping prepare for an exam, our tutors have an impact on bettering education.
