Our mission is to help Latino families realize their aspirations for social and economic advancement by promoting their integration into the Middle Tennessee community. We were founded in 2002 to address some of the most pressing challenges and opportunities created by recent demographic changes as a growing number of Latino immigrants have move to Middle Tennessee in search of a better quality of life. We focus on three areas of human development: social integration, economic integration and civic integration.
