One Step Beyond, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that has deep roots in Arizona. We have expanded to Northern California and aim to continue our growth as the need to provide services to the individuals who will benefit also continues to grow. Currently, we serve over 500 individuals who have Intellectual Disabilities. We offer dynamic and person-centered programs that meet the needs of our participants and their families such as: employment development, culinary training, life skills training, performing and fine arts, sports and fitness programs, and resources for families. Each of these programs accomplish the clear goal of enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we are proud to serve.
