The Virginia Beach Rescue Squad Foundation (VBRSF) will strongly support the volunteer–based EMS rescue squad system in Virginia Beach, ensuring a quality citywide system of rescue services. We will achieve this by growing the Foundation’s financial assets through donor education, gift planning and ongoing fundraising activities in addition to the asset management of the Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad’s (Rescue Station 14) restricted funds held by VBRSF. Further, we will demonstrate our commitment to the volunteer rescue squad system through our advocacy and strong community connections, by offering programs and services to each of the rescue squads, and by bringing strong community awareness to the system with marketing and public relations campaigns.
