HARPS, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization dedicated to reducing the companion animal overpopulation problem in Middle Georgia by assisting individuals with spaying/neutering owned and rescued animals. We also strive to education the public about the importance of spaying/neutering and proper companion animal care.
