Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) is a national trade organization representing all segment of the factory-built housing industry. MHI was formed in 1975 as the result of negotiation among the major association representing manufacturers, dealers, supplies and state organization. MHI’s membership base consist of nearly 300 company members as well as over 50 individual members.
