Takoma Radio is 24/7 on 94.3FM and Takoma Radio.org. Since signing on in July 2016, WOWD has trained nearly 200 volunteers who are now creating 70+ hours of original local programming each week. We are an NFCB member station, located in Takoma Park, Maryland, a unique, progressive city on the northeastern edge of Washington DC. Our mission is to build bridges using community radio and transparent interactions with a diverse community. We are a project of Historic Takoma Inc, a local non-profit and an equal-opportunity employer.
