Rewind Rhino Extinction is a private 501c3 Foundation founded in 2019 to reverse extinction and repopulate the northern white rhino. As a result of extensive poaching in Africa, the last male Northern Whie Rhino known to the world, Sudan, died in March 2018. There are only two known Northern White Rhinos left in the world, Najin and Fatu, both females. One would think this species extinct. But, for the first time in history, new reproductive technology could save this species. We have the opportunity to halt the extinction of these magnificent creatures but are in need of expanding our funding efforts to ensure we can provide hope for this iconic species.
