S.O.F.I.A. or Start out Fresh Intervention Advocates was created to breathe new life for women and children who are victims of Domestic Violence. Our goal is to help them become self-sufficient, positive and successful. Our mission is to provide advocacy, supportive services and temporary housing to “at risk” individuals.
