Color Outside the Lines is a small but rapidly growing non-profit organization, and our mission is to empower and inspire foster and at-risk youth by providing opportunities with art, music, movement, and creativity. Thousands of foster and at-risk youth in Oregon and California lack access to opportunities in creative self-expression, such as art, music, and dance. Color Outside the Lines is focused on bringing those children the creative opportunities that may help them to grow, learn and thrive, no matter their background.
