MCC is a Queens County community-based organization providing: Energy repairs and Housing rehab through the NYS DHCR ESB WAP and RESTORE; Homeowner Financial Counseling with emphasis on rehab grants, reverse mortgages, mortgage default prevention and pre-purchase assistance; comprehensive and emergency Tenant & Client housing counseling on all levels, especially low-income and senior household relocation assistance; Loan & program Assistance to Individuals and organizations; and other housing-related information & referral services.
