Patronato INCA-CGIL is a non-profit organization registered in New York and recognized in California, as well as in every State of the Union, as a legal non-for-profit entity. Its mission is "to foster, promote and encourage the interest of Italian nationals and immigrants and secure their rights and benefits, as endorsed by the Italian government". INCA assists many Italian-born workers to apply for Italian social security benefits, but also many others who are entitled to collect Italian benefits under the Italian-American Agreement on Social Security. As the Patronato INCA is partially sponsored by the Italian government to deal with any issue involving Italian pension laws, its primary goal is to bring and offer an important service to the Italian community and to answer any Italian benefit question that the people may have.
