Sweet Pond Eco Community will be a 9-unit eco village based on the principles of Cohousing, Green Building, and Sustainable living. It will be approximately 83 acres with homes clustered in a 3 acre apple orchard over looking the beaverpond. Approximately 60 acres of woodland will be preserved. Our website details our mission, vission, and designs for the homes that we hope to start building in Summer of 2008. The site is in Guilford, VT 15 minutes from Brattleboro and under 45 to Northampton. We are seeking new members to join us who have a desire to live lightly in a strong community.
