Goodness Village

Goodness Village is an affordable tiny home program that provides the Tri-Valley’s formerly unhoused neighbors a safe and supportive community to live independently, heal, and thrive! Our vision is to transform the way our community understands homelessness and bring dignity back to our unhoused brothers and sisters.

Goodness Village consists of 28 single-occupancy permanent Tiny Homes available on site at the CrossWinds Church grounds on the historic Freisman Dairy in Livermore, CA. Each home includes a restroom, shower, kitchenette, HVAC, and a porch.

The Village is designed to provide homes at an affordable price with supportive services, community resources, and activities that encourage relationship building and connection. Participation in Goodness Village is achieved through an application and interview process, as well as county, state, and federal background checks. The Village’s program entrance requirements are intentionally low barrier, in able to accommodate the population needing the homes most, while also accommodating ADA standards in eight of the homes.
