En San Miguel Caminamos Juntos (Mexico), Walking Together (US)

Caminamos Juntos is an NGO based in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. We are focused on creating a solid support network for individuals and families who have been deported from the US against their will, and have arrived in San Miguel de Allende with no means of support nor any pathways to successful integration into the community. Our staff work together with these individuals to help them develop pathways to successful integration in the community – pathways that are specifically tailored to their needs and their skill sets. 

Our Vision: Our Vision is to create a community where everyone is welcome and empowered to live their lives with dignity.

Our Mission: Our Mission is to provide comprehensive services to Mexicans who have been deported from the U.S. and their families, who do not have a strong local support network and need assistance to integrate into the community.
