Eye Will, a Florida based NGO was established in 2007 and creates educational and vocational programs for people with disabilities in Asia.
In 2007 and 2008, the organisation assisted the school for the blind in Hue, Vietnam with funds for new equipment and refurbishments for the dormitories, the dining room and the bathrooms. The organisation also sponsored a 1 month training session for staff and students at the facility.
Eye Will is now setting up a vocational training program in Dong Ha.
