Leading Now

WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2021, Leading Now equips K-12 superintendents with responsive support to improve communication cycles and strategic engagement with community organizations, school board members, families, teachers, and principals. We believe that with this support, superintendents will be better positioned to ensure that ALL of their students learn in classrooms where they can thrive. 

The need: 13,000 superintendents across the country serve as the bridge among key players within and surrounding public schools in highly visible environments that call for intentional and adept communication skills with a wide range of constituents. More about our beliefs:
