The Shambhala Meditation Center of Boston is part of Shambhala, a worldwide community of over one hundred urban and rural meditation practice and retreat centers, founded by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Tibetan meditation master and author of numerous books, including Shambhala: Sacred Path of the Warrior. The current leader and principal teacher of Shambhala is Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
