About Us
The USGBC-National Capital Region Chapter (USGBC-NCR) is an independently chartered chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the foremost green building organization in the country. USGBC-NCR is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization serving the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, which includes the District of Columbia, Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties in Maryland, and Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, Clark, Frederick, Rappahannock, Fauquier, Culpeper and Stafford counties in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
