Rural Opportunities for Social Empowerment (ROSE) is a community organization promoting women's welfare through sustainable socio-economic opportunities. Together with its mother organization (non-profit Blossom) and women's empowerment program Poomalai, ROSE focuses on social entrepreneurial openings for rural and urban women. It builds off community micro-credit institutions and Self Help Groups to provide entrepreneurial services and women's economic capacity.
