The mission of the Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) is to develop and manage safe, good-quality, affordable housing for low-income individuals and families in a manner which promotes citizenship, community and self-reliance.
The CHA's Resident Services Department is committed to assisting public housing residents of all ages to gain the skills, education and experience they need to join the social and economic mainstream.
