Campaign for Human Rights and Development International (CHRDI) is a CHRDI is a social policy advocacy organisation that utilizes rights based and voice and accountability approaches to bridge the justice and social equity gaps. Adherence and promoting the human rights and the rule of law

Based in the United Kingdom and Sierra Leone. We envision a world in which all people enjoy their human rights and live with dignity, equality, and justice .

We can make the world a better place by making violence and discrimination against women, children ,youths and people with disabilities unacceptable.

The 4 core principles of CHRDI are non-discrimination, participation, transparency and accountability. 

 One of CHRDI primary objective is to ensure the institutionalisation of human rights, democracy and good governance tenets in Africa 

CHRDI is also committed to ensuring that state actors and duty bearing institutions are aware of their obligations to respect the human rights of citizens and in the event that they violate such rights, they are held accountable and victims have access to appropriate remedies. 

 CHRDI, Adopt a zero-tolerance policy on attacks against human rights defenders, Journalists, bloggers and enact protocols to prevent and respond to such attacks. We also provide legal aid to journalists, bloggers and human rights defenders in Sierra Leone. 

CHRDI is in Special Consultative Status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council(ECOSOS) and accredited to many UN Agencies.
