  • Sobre Nós

The East Side Institute for Group and Short Term Psychotherapy is a non-profit training and research center for new approaches to human development and community. We have been developing our particular approach, a performance-based approach to human development called performance social therapy, since the 1970s; it's now being practiced at over ten social therapy centers around the country.

Through a post-graduate training program, classes and seminars, annual institutes and on-site trainings, we have trained hundreds of psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, educators and others who continue to work in agencies, schools, hospitals and universities in the US and many other countries.

Headquartered in New York City, the East Side Institute also has an affiliate training center in San Francisco.
