Family Housing Resources (FHR) and FHR Cares are looking for an Executive Director who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the management and operations of FHR and FHR Cares. This includes administration and management of all affordable homeownership and multi-family programs, financial controls and the supervision of all divisions and their directors.
FHR is looking for an Executive Director who possesses a strong knowledge of development principals and HUD programs, policies and procedures. The applicant must have a minimum of five years experience in affordable housing programs including LITHC and HUD. The applicant must also have a four year degree in public or business administration, finance or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Starting Salary $85,000
