Pelvic Sanctuary is committed to transforming pelvic health education and care by centering the needs of marginalized and stigmatized communities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, sex workers, BIPOC communities, and trans youth. We believe that everyone deserves access to affirming, culturally competent pelvic health education, regardless of identity, background, or socioeconomic status.

Our work is rooted in the values of inclusivity, equity, and empowerment. We recognize the systemic barriers that many communities face when accessing healthcare and are dedicated to dismantling these obstacles through education, advocacy, and community-building programs. By offering accessible virtual programs, downloadable resources, and in-person workshops, we aim to reduce health disparities and promote holistic well-being.

Pelvic Sanctuary collaborates with organizations like The Sidewalk Project and Nuii Wave Brotherhood to expand our reach and ensure that our programs are led by and for the communities we serve. Our educational initiatives, such as our Inclusive Pelvic Health Certification and youth-focused resources, emphasize trauma-informed, gender-affirming care and reproductive justice.

We prioritize community voices, lived experiences, and cultural humility in everything we do. Our goal is not just to provide education but to build long-term systems of support and create pathways for marginalized individuals to become pelvic health educators and advocates themselves.
