Freedom English Academy (FEA) is a free and unique offering of AAM Foundation. It delivers a job-oriented skill development program to over 16,000 students from the economically weaker sections of society. The one-year program is a relevant and significant intervention for urban youth. This transformative learning engagement aims to:
1. Build comfort, confidence and competence in oral communication through intensive English language learning
2. Develop critical thinking skills to reason, analyze and solve problems
3. Become self-reliant, self-confident and build positive habits of the mind
4. Foster a sense of community - equipped with practical strategies for contributing to the greater good
