The Center for Community Development and Research (CCODER), founded in 1990, is a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in Nepal whose mission is to build a network of individuals and institutions that will work together to create thriving and self-sustaining rural communities throughout Nepal using a model that combines education, organization and socio-economic development. CCODER believes that everyone is the “Master of their own Destiny” and through the success of the individual and community development can occur
