The Sycamore Senior Center assists older adults to live their lives with independence and dignity for as long as possible in their own homes.
The senior center is the focal point in the community for programs designed for older adults in 22 communities over three counties.
Center programs include education, health screenings, exercise and wellness programs, travel, social activities, Computer Training, a cafe and volunteer opportunities.
Our outreach services support homebound seniors. The senior centers offer Meals-on-Wheels, counseling assistance with insurance and Medicare forms, transportation to the senior centers and to medical appointments, therapy visits and grocery shopping. LifeSphere’s senior centers also provide nationally accredited home health care.
Sycamore Senior Center's Hours of Operation are Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
