Our vision at The Colorado Health Foundation is that across Colorado, each of us can say: "We have all we need to live healthy lives." And, we’ll get there by working to achieve our mission of improving the health of Coloradans.
To ensure Coloradans across our state can achieve better health outcomes, the Colorado Health Foundation supports impactful work, ideas and policy in communities and across our focus areas.
The following cornerstones are the foundation upon which our work is based, and that we expect in the work of partners we seek:
We serve Coloradans who have low income and/or historically have had less power or privilege.
We are informed by the community and those we exist to serve.
We do everything with the intent of creating health equity.
