CAREGIVERS: Volunteers Assisting the Elderly

Founded in 1984, CAREGIVERS is one of the original pilot programs for volunteer caregiving in the nation. Our volunteers are good neighbors who give 2-4 hours per week helping homebound seniors with grocery shopping, changing a lightbulb, transportation to medical appointments. We have lots and lots of ways for you to lend a helping hand, including serving as an adult team leader for our youth volunteers who provide an hour of light housekeeping once per week.
