About Us
PYSC is dedicated to strengthening the sports-based, youth development sector in Philadelphia through the following:
- Strengthening Organizational Capacity: providing support services that strengthen local sports-based, youth development organizations (SBYDOs) who deliver programming to youth
- Advocacy: Collecting data and developing research that drives favorable public policy for the SBYD sector
- Building a Movement: Creating public/private partnerships that increase access to SBYD programming to under-resourced youth
