Sage Hospice and Palliative Care

- Sage is Hospice care for terminally ill patients. Patients are in private homes, Group Homes, Assisted Living Facilities or Skilled Nursing Facilities. We do not have an Inpatient Facility, but contract out in the Phoenix Valley if that is necessary for up to five days.
- Our patients are valley wide. Our offices are located in Scottsdale near Scottsdale Road and Chaparral Road.
- We have a training program for volunteers, approximately 8.5 to 10 hours and we have a morning or afternoon one time class in mid-town Phoenix for all volunteers and employees that consists of training modules, a drug screen test, a background investigation and some minimal paperwork. TB testing is required and current auto insurance.
- Opportuniites are patient care, administrative hours, music and pet therapy.
